Training Management Corporation has developed the Cultural Orientations Indicator® (COI) as a tool for assessing personal cultural profiles and their implications for the multi-cultural workplace. The COI® can be employed by a variety of users in any organization, all industries,
at all levels, internationally to achieve intercultural effectiveness.

The COI® offers data comparisons of cultural orientations with a number of demographic parameters.

Inner Power International administers the COI as a stand-alone evaluation and development exercise to enable participants to analyze the implications of their personal profiles and develop action plans to improve cross-cultural business interactions.
