Cassi Christiansen is a coach dedicated to extraordinary leadership through individual brilliance. Every individual has the ability to lead, but only those who choose to lead from their inner brilliance will achieve extraordinary results. Through coaching, a leader can expect to discover and create their own sense of passion, possibility and purpose and then weave this seamlessly into their organization or business. They will also learn how to create powerful visions by aligning their heart and mind around what really matters to them and to their organization. When these things are in alignment, an inner power emerges that makes it truly impossible for extraordinary results not to follow.

Cassi is passionate about people and what is possible for them. She believes the majority of people are living life at around 45% of their full potential and she is dedicated to increasing this percentage through coaching.
